The house, where today you can find Landhaus Fiegl, was built in 1928 by the grandparents of today’s host Alexandra. Judith and Ferdinand Fiegl constructed a house, that became a home for them and their kids.

Our Landhaus
The heart piece of Landhaus Fiegl is your host Alexandra, supported by her mother Lisl. Due to her charming and open attitude you will feel at home as soon as you arrive at our guest house. With passion and heart, she dedicates all her work to your well-being and gladly gives you tips for hiking tours, the perfect ski day or an exciting excursion.
The next generation
In this year Lisl, the daughter-in-law, took over the house together with her husband. They laid the foundation for the use as a guest house. The first rooms to accommodate guests were furnished. And a lot of people came here for the first time and decided to come back ever since, due to the heartfelt hospitality and charm of the hosts
Time for change
The house was enlarged by 3 apartments and renovated. Due to the extended ski resort and the wonderful landscape in the Ötztal Valley, Sölden became more and more popular among visitors – a top winter sports and ski destination. Many of the guests were looking forward to stay at Landhaus Fiegl.
Lifts and skiing
The historic cable car, dating back to 1966, which was the only feeder lift for the ski resort, was replaced by a new double-rope mountain gondola – the Gaislachkogl Gondola. With this innovation the Landhaus Fiegl was now in best location close to the ski resort, offering its guests simple and easy access to skiing adventures.
Wellness and more
Landhaus Fiegl was completely renovated. In the course of the works one more apartment and of course, the wellness area were added. From then on the guests could relax and sweat in sauna and infrared cabin. For even more well-being a relax room was constructed.

Cooking with the people you love, eating together – whenever you want. Holidays are a time for indulgence. That’s why we have renovated the kitchens in our apartments Gaislachkogel, Grießkogel and Nederkogel, creating even more space for wonderful time together.
