What is included
Our room rates are per room/day. The apartment rates are per apartment/day with standard occupancy. Tourism tax of € 4.00 per person/day and the final cleaning fee of € 25.00 are not included in the price.
Furthermore, we charge a short stay fee of € 3,00 per person/day for bookings of three days or less.
Discounts for little guests
Children up to 15 years do not pay tourism tax. Children from 0 to 6 years, staying in the room with two full-paying adults, receive a discount of 80 % from the standard adults’ rate. Children from 7 to 12 years receive a 20 % discount.
Life is full of surprises
For cancellations we charge
- from 2 months to 1 month prior to arrival: 50 % of the total booking price
- from 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70 % of the total booking price
- less than a week prior to arrival, no-show or early departure: 90 % of the total booking price
If travelling to Sölden is not possible due to travel restrictions (obligatory self-isolation) or travel bans, you can cancel your stay free of charge.
With the above-mentioned exceptions, the GTC for the Hotel Industry are applied.
Deposit and payment
To confirm your booking you have to make a deposit of 30 % of the total booking price. The rest of the booking price has to be paid until 7 days prior to arrival.
